CNC Milled Reels – 3-Year, No B.S. Warranty
Our premium CNC Milled reels come with our flagship “3-Year, No B.S. Warranty.” We’re serious about standing behind the gear that serious anglers trust. If anything goes wrong with your CNC Milled reel within the first three years of ownership, we’ve got your back. In the rare case we can’t repair it, we’ll replace it - no hassle, no nonsense. Most issues are handled well before then, but please allow us up to 30 days for repairs or replacements so we can get you back on the water with the best possible result.
EDC Model Reels – 1-Year Warranty
Our EDC (Every Day Carry) reels are built for reliability and value, and they’re covered by a solid 1-Year Warranty. If any manufacturing defect appears within the first year of ownership, we’ll repair or replace it promptly so your everyday fishing stays uninterrupted.

Fly Reels - Lifetime Mechanical Warranty
Fly Reels – Lifetime mechanical warranty no questions asked period! We will cover shipping of replacement product. We cover all mechanical moving parts on the reel form manufacture defects or rust. We do not cover reels that have been ran over, thrown after losing a fish lost or stolen. Cosmetic scratches or dents caused by you do not fall under the mechanical warranty.
Fly Rods - Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Lifetime Workmanship warranty on all Fishing Rods – If your rod has a manufacturing flaw we will replace it free of charge, you will only need to take care of shipping. Broken rods or broken guides do not follow under the workmanship warranty. Customer will be responsible for shipping to and from our facility.

6th Sense offers two warranty programs for each rod series: a defective product warranty as well as an accidental replacement warranty. The length of each warranty varies by rod series, as follows:

Defective Product Warranty
All rods are covered from damage that occurs during normal fishing conditions as a result of craftmanship or material defects. While this is very rare, we do understand it can happen. All rods covered under this warranty will be replaced. You must register your rod within 30 days of purchase to be eligible.
Please note: Boat flipping, snagging, high sticking, and other misuse and abuse is not covered under defective product warranty.
Accidental Replacement Warranty
Accidents happen. For rod damages not covered under the defective product warranty, 6th Sense offers a replacement program for a new rod. We simply require a one-time payment for a replacement (plus return shipping costs). This replacement value is determined by your local in country distributor at the time of the warranty claim excluding shipping costs.
If we no longer sell the model you are replacing, we will offer you the most comparable model available or place a replacement on backorder for you.
For all warranty claims, the following requirements must be met:
- Owner must be the original owner
- Proof of purchase required
- Broken rod guides are not covered (guides can typically be replaced for less than the cost of return shipping)
- The customer is required to pay for return shipping costs to our facility
To initiate the claim, please get in contact with your local in country distributor to make the necessary arrangements.
If necessary, the rod can be sectioned to save on shipping costs; however, we must be able to clearly see the damaged area of the rod as well as the 6th Sense logo and model in order to correctly disposition the incident.
Upon receipt of the rod, we will perform an internal inspection to verify the claim. You will be contacted once your rod has been inspected.
