If anything goes wrong with your CNC Milled reel within the first three years of ownership, we’ve got your back. In the rare case we can’t repair it, we’ll replace it - no hassle, no nonsense. Most issues are handled well before then, but please allow us up to 30 days for repairs or replacements so we can get you back on the water with the best possible result.

Our EDC (Every Day Carry) reels are built for reliability and value, and they’re covered by a solid 1-Year Warranty. If any manufacturing defect appears within the first year of ownership, we’ll repair or replace it promptly so your everyday fishing stays uninterrupted.
